50% non refundable securing fee required at point of booking.

The Doula has the right to request travel expenses if outside a distance of 20 miles from the clients home
We have the right to refuse support in the following circumstances:
- The client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
- The client behaves in an inappropriate or offensive manner.
- The pet is aggressive and the Doula feels at risk.
The Doula has the right to ask that animals are restrained during the meeting.
If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before a meeting, the client will not be charged.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the meeting, the client will be expected to pay a cancellation fee of £50 for each hour cancelled.
Should the Doula be unwell Pet End of Life Support has the right to cancel appointments without notice.
If a client wishes to make a complaint about a Doula, this must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and must include the date and location of the incident, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 28 days
Client details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian Consultation Forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by PELS. All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving PELS support. By signing the consultation form, clients are giving PELS permission to hold records and data about them. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties
